Are Paperbacks getting more expensive?

Post by optimusskids »

I poppe dinto our local Borders having just picked up my Alt Shockwave next door at Argos and it seems to me that all the paperbacks or the majority are 6.99 or 5.99 now it used to be they were 3.99 or 4.99 at most. BTW Cliffjumper they had some Dr Who books reduced to 1.99 . I picked up one of those and a new Dale Brown. I seem to remember a while back a big news story about how theyd broken some evil price rigging system and prices would come down. Guess it was all spin or it didnt come of like they expected.
