Their website may be a little slow to update, but their customer service is superb. I'm finally getting a Prowl and Decepticharge through them and couldn't find the price to be any fairer. Since I wanted to order both of the figures and had contacted them about it, they let me know as soon as they got more in stock and a few emails later we should have everything in order.

They've listed the Alts on the webpage? Last time I went there, they just had Cybertron/Universe stuff up.

They have Ravage (on clearance no less) and Swindle listed on the webpage. The others have been showing up in the Master Collector inserts. I just called them to see if they took orders over the phone and what they had in stock.

Oh, you're talking about the collector club and not Hasbro's online store (I'm assuming they're different entities?). I gotcha.
