What's your favorite [mature] game? (poll)

Post by Prowl? »

So how 'bout it guys?

after dealing with all the marios and pikachus, my teeth are hurting from all that sugar coating, so whats the best game out there that doesn't belong in your little brother's collection?

And input, disscusiion and opinions is greatly appreciated and encouraged, just don't bash the other kinds 'eh? Remember, every gamer has to start somewhere!

I actually liked that hit 'irritate the penguin' thing but for the purposes of this poll I'll go with Resident Evil, but it is closely followed by GTA

It appears Ill have to kill you as well as Redstreak now.;)

SO many to choose from. Wheres Doom? Or Duke Nukem? They were pretty sweet, especially Doom.:D

Goldeneye stuck with me for a few years, excellent game, sometimes I hook it up just to see if I can get a faster time on Facility.:D

GTA is excellent although it gets repetitive and boring after a while, so I wouldnt choose that, same with Resident Evil, good horror/suspense game (as is Silent Hill, even better than RE) but got boring fast.

Half-Life: extremely sweet, awesome game, I had many hours of enjoyment with it, then I got TFC....it was like crack to me...

However my favorite series by far would have to be Metal Gear Solid. Best, and favorite game. Extreme difficulty is very fun and challenging to play on as well as screwing around and collecting dogtags.

Deus Ex. It's just an absolutely awesome game in every possible way... Oh OK, the graphics aren't anything wonderous, but they do the job, and are pleasant enough.

How could you leave out Leisure Suit Larry? Funny series of games.

Anyway, I voted for something. Don't know what though

Same, and for the same reason. I can't hardly control those computer first person shooters without sacrificing a lot of the reaction time of the character. Goldeneye is more my speed. It's a great single player game, with a nice variety of stages and weapons. With an even nicer Multiplayer mode.

You've gotta love throwing Proximity mines everywhere, not knowing whether you or your friend will get blown to peices next. I like the idea of each player getting awards depending on their performance in any givin multiplayer game.

The game's 1player mode has a very nice array of difficulty levels and cheats that are EARNED, not merely punched in.
Good cheats, funny cheats, challenging cheats. Some of which are nearly impossible to get.

I say say the oldy but goody

I don´t know about Silent Hill, or Devil May Cry, but why only shoot them up or drive them on the ground games? Mature games? Haven´t played these games a lot (old computer) but what I´ve played with my friend´s I liked Aliens vs. Predators most.

I go for the Monkey Island and Discworld games. :D

Actually all the time cheats can be unlocked using button combinations.;) Its much more fun trying to beat the clock however, the only one I had a slight problem with was Train, Facility is so.......easy.....psh.
