BW toys without energon chip

Which BW toys don't have energon chip?
Waspinator is year 1 and he doesn't. Airazor is year 2 and she has it. So I guess only year 1 toys were made without energon chips. But my question is: all of them?

I checked all of my Year 1 BW's and none of them have it. All of my Year 2's do.

Yeah I think it is year 1 toys that don't have them, because my Primal, Rhinox, Dinobot, Terrorsaur and Polar Claw don't have them
