I'd bring back the Hate Plague.

But instead of spreading hate it would rewrite the molecular structure of everything it encountered and turn them into clones of the greatest Transformer.

All complete with the same memories and personalities, spreading through the universe, with nothing able to stop it.

In all seriousness, explore more lines like MTMTE; sci-fi with transformers in it.

Expand the damn Universe [ala Star Trek] instead of resetting it every 3 years.

Next time Michael Bay says that "this transformers movie is the last one I will direct" have the interviewer just laugh to his face.

Have IDW's Revolution crossover event be used to set up an all-new all-different TF and Joe comics set in a shared universe with ROM, Micronauts, M.A.S.K., Jem & The Holograms, Action Man, and etc. This universe would be a more family friendly lines the heroes are heroic and the villains are evil. The stories wouldn't be stupid but they would more back-to-basics. I would have a major crossover every two or four years.

I would have the current the TF books The Transformers, More Than Meets The Eye, and Till Are One be more a more like Vertigo in terms of the characters being more complex, taking chances with characters, etc.

On the toy front I would have Hasbro do a Combiner Wars, Titans Return, and Prime War animated series or movies that would aimed at older fans.

I would also would have a lot more fun with the Combiner Wars new limbs characters like Alpha Bravo, Rook, Offroad, and Jet Fighter Blast Off instead I would have released deluxe Slingshot, Wilder Rider, Groove, Space Shuttle Blast Off in the various waves to mass retail offered the new characters that would have been there Voyager Cyclonus, Optimus Prime.

I would have done G1 painted box sets of the Stunticons, Aerialbots, Combaticons as well as G2 versions.

I would have brought back the Technobots, Predacons, Seacons, Terrorcons, and The Pretender Monsters as well as the Japanese sets like The Trainbots from Headmasters, LeoKiaser, Road Caeser Mach Tracker, and Dinoking from Victory as well.

I would have tried to have new characters for limbs for Optimus Prime, Cyclonus, Scattershot, and Nova Prime (aka Battle Core Optimus Prime) that wouldn't been Prowl, Ironhide, Mirage, Hound, Smokescreen. Wheeljack, Trailbreaker, and so on.

I would not have released Armada Megatron in the same wave with G1 Tank Megatron, I wouldn't have released legend class Thundercraker and Skywarp with leader class versions of at the same time.

I would get rid of Micheal Bay as director of the live action Transformer movies put him as executive producer and bring in new directors and writers that are not part of that Orci and Kurtzman's circles.

Bring over some of the Masterpiece toys.
