Not sure why there isn't a topic about this already, but early this Sunday (or late Saturday, not sure), a supposedly leaked TF2 movie treatment popped up on Don Murphy's forum. The text is 13-page long, and it's awesome (IMHO). Don claimed it was fake, but his reaction was pretty odd. He went berzerk, deleted the topic, called people names, and banned old members from the forum. The interesting thing is that, fake TF2 scripts have been posted at DM.net in the past, and he never reacted like that. The other interesting thing is that Nelson (webmaster for Bay's forum) claimed it was not a fan-made treatment.

Just wondering what everyone's take is on the subject. (likes/dislikes about the treatment, and opinions on the fake/not-fake issue).

I really only read the first few threads that had links posted in the news forum, but I got the impression that he was a bit out of his gourd.

I remember being put off because I got the feeling that he had a bit of contempt for the fandom, as a whole. All in all, I'm not entirely sure what he actually did for the movie, itself, but the movie came out well enough, that I can overlook his eccentricity.

It's quite ballsy, and I doubt it'd be made entirely as written.
