Glad to see "Bastardo" was chosen for a video. Not sure what TV will make of it; fairly repetitive lyrics, and it's a four-minute track. If your attention span hasn't been ruined by MTV, though, check it out:

I thought so. Ash are touring my town in March. I saw them last May at Coachella. They sounded ok. But I preferred International Noise Conspiracy better.

Charlotte's stuff sounds nothing like Ash, thankfully.

Another song, "Kim Wilde" is available MP3 from http://www.charlottehatherley.com and the other single released so far is "Summer", which is a pleasant little number. Best song apart from that on the album is probably the title track, "Grey Will Fade".

Not a huge fan of the song, and I usually like bubbly girl-pop. Too overlong, perhaps? Mark Walliams is great in that video, though.

There's a beautiful simplicity to her look. She looks like the kind of girl I'd see walking down the street. That's a lot more attractive than those dolled-up starlets, who are often praised.
