Well, I think you're cool (mainly for rejecting the empty promises of Seibertron and accepting the Archive as your savior), and you're rocking the Ghostbusters, so I can't argue with that.

Talkin trash is just that. There is no valid excuse. I don't know where you got this illusion that Ryans issues with other people concerns me. You always approach me with what Seibertron did or something you don't like about Ryan.

Auros it is getting old and I could care less what you think about other boards. I did come here to "defend" other messageboards or people. I've been ripped off on Ebay before and I was a bit pissed. I just assume that the people who have these issues with him feel the same way.

That doesn't involve me though and it never will. Stop acting like a child and crying to me about all the terrible things that you see at Seibertron and that Ryan has done. I'm not his daddy and I'm not yours either. I listen to my own child whine and I don't need to hear you as well. (Not about this)

I don't approach you, you approached me in this thread.

It's not slander, because he did rip those people off. If they don't have their money or their comics, it's mail fraud. If someone were to file the papers, then he would suffer the penalties of the law. I can say whatever I want about that because it's the truth and it's something the fan communty should be aware of anyway. Same thing I did with G1 MEGATRON when he ripped me off.

EDIT-Also, the only other thing I said about seibertron in that post was that it amuses me to see these new members talking crap about ryan and roddy, and that's hardly slander or insulting the board. I, as well as the rest of the board, have good reasons for disliking Roddy, and as for Ryan himself, well, he's either a really poor businessman, or a thief, and either way, the law would punish him.

This guy just likes to argue.

I'd just like to point out that this thread is about Spengs, and not Seibertron. While what has happened there is sad to say the least, we shouldn't bring it again in this particular thread. (I believe there was a longer one previously discussed in GD) I won't lock this down unless it were to continue to go off about Seibertron.

As for Spengs, I think you're pretty cool.

That's two times you've done it in under an hour. Your actions defy your words. Tell me something.. if I agree with you... will you shut up about it? You're one of the only people here who has to constantly mention Seibertron when you have something negative to say. Everyone else can move on and hate eachother for different reasons. Speng has a reason to be upset. What is your reason? Why do you have to complain about something that doesn't concern you?

Sadly, there are few reasons to spontaneously praise the place (short of full-blown advertising)... therefore if you see a reference, it's likely to be neutral or disgruntled... and you can hardly blame customers for being so. Most of the current dislike has virtually nothing to do with the board (there are a fair few posters over there I have a lot of respect for), and everything to do with issues arising on the board from store fraud.

Since Ryan uses 'Seibertron' as the name of a site, a board (previous to the 'Energon Pub' switch, and the monicker is too firmly stuck now) and a personal handle, the lack of clarity in comments directed toward that noun aren't exactly the fault of others...

Seems i'm the only one who has a problem with you Spengs.

I know you have your issues with Ryan and Roddy, but when a lot of the posts you make ends up being a whine about them, it gets real annoying.

As far as Roddy is concerned, i dont know the reason you dont like him, and i dont care to know them. My advice is simple, ignore him, do like he doesnt exist. Keeping your comments about roddy to yourself would make the atmosphere a lot better there and here.

As far as your situation with Ryan is concerned, I dont believe blasting him on MB's is gonna help you in any way. This is something i observed, the more ppl whine, the less gets done. Why should Ryan feel compelled to speed things up with you when you've been blasting him all over the place?

If I was in your place, I'd type a letter, send it to him by snail mail (registered). In the letter i'd give him 30 days to refund or he'd be taken to court. Since the amount of money is relatively small, there are courts made to handle those kind of cases with almost no legal fees.

Instead of whining, do something constructive.

This is the only place where i'll express my opinion on this subject.
