But seeing as the whole purpose of the original comic was to promote the toyline, it's hardly a break from the norm...
I think having an actual agenda of characters to focus on will help the DW book. War Within and Armada have both had that, whereas the Gen 1 books (vol 2 in particular) have suffered from "who shall we cram in this week?"

IIRC Sunstorm was a Japanesse exculivse yellow repaint of Starscream/Skywarp/Thundercracker/Ramjet/Thrust/Dirge mold from the G1 Transforming reissues.
