Yep. And I still do.

Im suppose the nice thing about the chronological placing collection is it finally tells us when Cliffjumper happened. But where are they going to stick Mirage? Hopfully this might see some of the Premier Edition harcover books go up cheap on Ebayu as mad fans trade up, I can see myself getting both of those, the MD and LSOTW trades and then getting shot of my indervidual issues.

Nefarious still sounds crap. Seriously, someone needs to explain to IDW that no one buys a movie tie in comic to read about people who aren't in that Movie so going "WOOT DUNE RUNNER!" isn't going to make anyone care.

Dear IDW,

Nobody buys a movie tie-in comic to read about characters that aren't in the movie in question. As such, going "Look - Dune Runner!" won't make anyone care.

Love,
The World.

PS: We presume from his disappearance that Shane McCarthy has been disposed of. Clarification would be aces. Displaying his head on a pike or something similar is sufficient. Ta.

Done.

Oh, come on! You can't help but get excited about DUNE RUNNER. He's a little bit rash, but brave and won't run out on his comrades. It's a groundbreaking characterisation.

Why IDW can't do a "keep it simple" book on the film stuff, largely involving only the onscreen characters with others only appearing if the plot requires them is beyond me. But no, they inject it with all the fail of their G1 series - government agencies, artifacts, panels crammed with generic characters who have no bearing on the story.

What do they do with the Ultimate IDW Collection if a comic comes out set between, say, Origin and Infiltration? Ack, what a stupid question. They redo the entire series of collections again, don't they?

He has a dark helmet in last stand of the wreckers flash back (I think)

And maybe they could make all current and future writers to read ultimate idw so that they know whos who (and more importantly, who isnt who. machination, skywatch, different y'know...)
