Hints from complete Galaxy Force toys listing!

Post by Nevermore »

http://www.allspark.com/forums/index.ph ... opic=63401

Aside from what we've already seen, here's what's new:

Soundwave (Mega/Voyager)
Menasor (Mega/Voyager)
Metroplex (Super)
Galvatron (Super)
"King" Starscream (Supreme)
Primus (Supreme)

"King" Starscream is the one we've already seen the Hasbro test shot of.

Soundwave and Menasor will evidently retain their names for the US release.
Looking for a complete Energon Sky Shadow (from Superion Maximus).
Offering: Binaltech Hound, Swindle, Ravage (Corvette), Skids.
Can buy in stores: Robot Heroes Tigatron/Inferno, Ricochet/Predaking.

If the past is any indicator of the future, don't get too excited about just seeing nothing more than a name.

The thing to be excited about Primus is that he is in the same price point as Big Ass Starscream.

However, Metroplex is in the "super" bracket so he won't be a Minicon at least.

yeah, since he's in the super catagory, he'll prolly be the size of master megatron

Well, Takara names are more of an indicator than Hasbro names, so...

Oh wait. I'm gonna do a list about this anyways. ;)

Maybe they'll make him a minicon base. That would so rock. :headbang:

That would be cool.

It would wonderful to have something for my minicons to do other than sit there looking all sexy.

Here's hoping Primus won't be a Unicron repaint :D

As has already been pointed out, a new mold is highly unlikely. The only American release Galvatron that hasn't been a repaint was twenty years ago.

Being as Beast Wars II was Japanese, my statement still stands.

Quoth fort_max:

I wouldn't put it past E-Hobby to remedy that 'oversight' should Takara ever choose to reissue G1 Galvatron.
"It's Galvaplex, the reformatted form of Megatron's clone Megaplex, in purple cartoon colors!" :p

Even so, it would still be a Japanese release, so you'd still be right, fort_max.

Concerning the topic: Looks like we've got a fine line-up coming up. It's kind of maddening to have to wait until Hasbro finishes Energon before getting into Cybertron. Still, it allows me to budget my wallet better. :D
