botcon exclusive candidates

This is the direct link to the new site for botcon... or rather, the new POSTER for botcon... or whatever the damned name is now. you can see for yourself whom the candidates likely will be. and here's a hint... It AIN'T gon' be tapout, glyph, highly unlikely to be sunstreaker much less sideswipe. and I don't see that dinobot dude bein an exclusive either. So here's th possibilities. Repaints of : Obsidian (AGAIN!), Optimus Primal (original body, black ape primal), Tigerhawk, Silverbolt, and two chick bots I do not recognize...

Actually, the Tigerhawk and Primal molds are from the Transformers Universe line, coming soon. Although Sideswipe and Sunstreaker may be reissued soon, seeing as they Reissued Hot Rod right after wreckers came out.

There was a picture leaked a few days ago of a repainted sideburn. The mold had a new head as well. It seemed to be silver with with a purple stripe on the hood and a red autobot symbol on the roof.

There's a second figure... black with a blue stripe on the hood. A red Decepticon symbol on the roof.

Both figures have the Dodge Viper logo.

They are rumored to be the 65$ OTFCC exclusive.

Alot of those look like the TF:universe repaints that were seen a little while ago

one girl is black aracnia repaint (God it's ugly)
the other female I wouldn't even guess at, unless it's Arcee
the other figures were seen at the Hasbro thing as all being part of the TF:U
and that is Unicron in the background

I;ve heard some back story on TF:U has anyone else?

I've seen the side burn redo and it's ugly IMO

Yeah, Sideburn's the worst mold in RID, imo. I don't know why they used that one. I haven't heard anything good about the exclusives this year. I may skip out on getting them.

I'm not a big fan of repaints to begin with
(though I am a compleatist)
the only bot cons I have are the Arcee and Tigatron, catscan and glyph, tap out and rook
but from the looks of this years, I probably won't get anyof them either.

Sorry about the double post
but I have more info about that botcon (what ever it's called) exclusive.
There are 2 variations of the mold, one autobot, one decepticon
both are repaints and slight retools of the sideburn mold and are really ugly

2 molds, 4 exclusives....

A New pic surfaced of 2 repainted (RID) Prowl... 1 in red and 1 in yellow... I think it's obvious who these guys are....

God, why couldn't they just use the G1 molds for them?

On second thought they probably don't look tooo bad esp if they re did the heads
