Wow, that looks like some very nice stuff. How many pages it will end up being? I suppose the price would be really high to import it, too...

Too bad I can't read Japanese. :(

I like the last bit, with all the Transformers toys in their original incarnations when they were part of toylines from Toybox, Takatoku and Toyco.

Never knew Shockwave's name when he was a product of Tyco was "Astro Magnum".

Not a bad book.

Looks good to me. I really like the colors on that Omega Supreme mold. What is that squatty Soundwave toy with his chest open? Does anyone know if there's going to be an English version of this book?

That Omega Supreme mold was named "Mechabot 1", apparantly. He kinda has a Diaclone Ultra Magnus-look going with his color scheme.

And in regards to the "squatty Soundwave", the caption next to it calls it the 'Soundwave Cassette Player". So it's a li'l Soundwave midget that plays actual cassette tapes.

Oh, wow, so they did make a Soundwave that could play cassettes. Can you tell if he transforms or not?

Nah, he doesn't transform. They have a pic of him in Generations.

Quality nice.

Out of stock already. But I've ordered in the event they get more in.

I don't care that I can only just about read katakana - pretty pictures! Will go well alongside Generations. The pre-TF section makes it well worth a go.

Looks like a book, that's been done with great care. Pre-tf pages look like the most interesting part for me. Sadly, I'm not in a target group.

At least not until I've got myself a copy of "Generations". That reminds me, could someone actually give the ISBN code for the latest version? For some reason I can't find it from HLJ page.

The G1 Arcee prototype is "ewww".

Better look here at Fan to Fan.

My God, she's ugly.

But she still resembles her cartoon counterpart much more closely than a lot of the other season 3 toys.

Looks great, though I'm not a 100% convinced it's worth geting when it seems to cover a lot of the same ground as Generations...

I received my copy a couple of weeks ago. Different from Generations in so much as the book reads right-to-left. Which is fair enough.

Hasbro names in Romaji, Takara names in Katakana is something that takes some getting used to, but can be dealt with. I definitely like the inclusion of the Robotmasters and Binaltech toys on the pages for the relevant characters.
