Transformers you like that no one else seems to...

So, do you have any sentimental favorites you like that everyone else rags on? For example, I have a soft spot for Cosmos. I don't know why, but he was one of my favorite toys as a kid and now that I'm older, his function of being the Autobots space surveillance/communications guy seems really cool. I also like how he gets bored being alone and the things he does to pass the time I think are kinda funny. Alas, no one seems to like poor Cosmos except for me, though.

So, who are your not so popular and/or obscure favorites?

Arcee. Yes, I know she's pink, but I feel like I have a lot in common with her. And besides, I like pink.

And hey, I have a soft spot for Cosmos, too, what with him being a UFO and all.

i cant think of anybody in G1
i tend to like smokescreen blue streak and rodimus but they are not really nobodies ( though rodimus is ragged on enough )
so il just jump ship to beastwars ( its linked to G1 damn it )
and say cheetor

Ever since I read Scavenger's Dreamwave profile, he's struck a chord with me. His need to prove himself to his fellow Decepticons, and the way he tries to go about it...it's kinda sad, IMO. He's one of the few 'Cons that I've ever felt bad for.

I'm also of the opinion that Ratbat is the most entertaining villian in TF history, but no one agrees with me...

I also like Blurr, though I can't pin down exactly why...

None of these are really among my favourites, though.

He was the most likely decepticon to work with the other side (for a reasonable profit).

If he weren't part of a gesault, he would have been a hoot on his own.

While many fans like Bumblebee, I'd say "Bumblebee was the kid. Goldbug is the grown-up." Unfortunately, it seems like the other fans prefer the kid to the adult...
And yes, I know the toy is crap, and his cartoon/comic design looks way too angular for a VW Beetle, but at least he doesn't look like the "Autobots' younger brother" anymore. And "espionage director" doesn't sound too bad either.

I love Viewfinder, Runabout and Runamuck. There's something about the blocky, faceless and generally nondescript robot modes these guys have that I find cool; they kinda remind me of stormtroopers from Star Wars.

I like Kup sorry but i have a soft spot for grizzled old war veterans and besides his stories are funny e.g. have you ever seen a metal monger kid trust me we were outnumbered.

Hey its been a while since I've posted, but here I am...I am still alive, just been really busy. Well, I always liked Bumblebee for some reason. He kind of reminds me of Sean Astin's character of Rudy. He's the runt, yet he always tries so hard. I guess one could admire his determination.

ppl dont like him because of how he acted in the Cartoon but he was always cool to me

the little homesick bugger

i also can relate to his special skill/function, as arcitect, welding isnt the easiest thing to do and huffer repaired alot of the ark himself in the comics

i like Pipes to if only for that one line in the Ep "War Dawn"

"nuts and bolts i understand, theoretical physics... no..."

i like Slog, the pretender monster leader, not sure why though

i also like the Pretender Longtooth, again i dont know why, im a little worried...

Icepick was the leader.

Anyway, I like Wheelie. He`s one of the only Season 3 characters that I like.

...but are you sure Icepick was the leader? Slog formed the body (w/Birdbrain), and even though they were roughly the same size, Slog always seemed like the hoss of the group to me. Anyways, they were kinda crap by themselves to me, but I always thought Monstructor looked really cool

1. Ironhide. I never knew nobody liked Ironhide until I came here. I always liked his southern drawl and how he was the old, grizzled war veteran.

2. Huffer. I dunno why, but I did like him for some reason. I'll have to watch the old cartoons again.

3. Daniel. Yeah, I know he isn't a Transformer, but I don't remember disliking him in the cartoon. Wheelie is another story though.

but i hate pretty much every human in every transformers series
even spike
the ****ing brats from masterforce and armada are really pushing it
the only one i dont hate is kicker ( and comic buster )
im watching these for the robots
not for underage fleshies being in the way makinga nuisance of themselfs and oohing and aahing over the big shiny bots

Icepick acted as a leader in 'Rhythms Of Darkness', which as far as I know is the only canon appearance of Pretender Monsters.
