Cloudstrifers Haul!

Post by CloudStrifer »

Greeting fellow TF collectors. I the Knockoff collector bring to you more knockoff I recently aquired!

At the nearby store where I usually go and check out the stock once a month had Transformers which I haven't seen before. Usually thy would carry those small Transformer cars and military vechiles as a 2 pack but otherwise was sparse. This is the same store where I got my Dinosaur Transformers. Anyway today I found 7 of them for 2 bucks each.

The first 4 are flying animals/birds. Since they were packaged seperatly, I had to do a bit of searching before I could find all four.

The first one was a Owl-bot. Its a basic transformation not that complicated, but as some of other Transformers, this ones arms aren't joined very good so it might pop-out, but it is attached easily. The owl looks cool.

The second one was a Eagle. I think he is the best plastic one yet. His wings move back and forth and his transformation is neat.

The third one was a bat. He is also like the Eagle and made from good plastic.

The last is a Parrot and was the most hard to find. I think he was the last one as I only saw one and it was way in the back. He just has a shelll attached to him which makes him a easy transformation.

The other 3 I think are Minicons, because they don't have bodies of thier own. They are 3 space/fighter planes that transform into one transformer. Its cool, but the joint combining the legs with the torso is weak so I think you can't move it much.

I will post the picture tommorrow so you ll can see.

Overall I think it was a good haul. Now if I could only get to a flea market I could get the Terracons, Arialbots, Devestator and maybe the triple changers.

Some of those animals sound interesting. Waiting for the pictures. :)

If you still have the package/card, could you take a picture of it as well?

It's not a haul if it doesn't contain broken Beast Wars limbs!

A shiny [well, dull] halfpenny to anyone who even knows why I say that. Yes, I got a halfpenny in my change from the Porn & Cigarettes shop by the train station the other day. And some of each before anyone asks.

I don't quite get the broken beast wars limb comment. Would you care to explain it?

No, because it would mean needlessly giving up my shiny [well, dull] halfpenny.

Ah, but if you're the one who knows and explains it, then you can give yourself the halfpenny. Right?
