I AM HUSBAND NOW!

Great day, epic honeymoon.

And now to channel Criswell for a moment:

- It's a pen, not a dildo.
- I've screwed up the picture, the cover has "Cosmocats" on it which was epic enough to be worth a buy.
- You're right, that is an enormous cigarette lighter
- Yes, I did find a lobbycard from Battle of the Rock Lords in a Dutch flea market, and no, nothing like the scene pictured happens in the film.
- It's got the French dub of MTMTE on it I think, but I haven't had chance to watch it yet. Nice cover.
- I did buy a lot of porn, it's just not in the picture.
- Space Oddity on Princenstade, about a block up from Anne Frank's house.
- Emma Frost is a bit scary.
- If anyone can ID the anime babe I'd be grateful.
- The Faroe Islands. No, no idea why either.

Amsterdam in short had a couple of good places for geek stuff. Paris wasn't as good (though we missed out on the big flea market due to timing) but better than I expected it to be.

Congrats on the binary bonding, old boy. Did the table top Legends go down well?

Please tell me you replaced "til death us do part" in your vows with "til all are one". :D

Yeh, Legends and placecards (and surprise Lego arranged by Dad!) went down really, really well - should have photos by the end of the week of the big day.

The guy selling the Rock Lords thing must have been waiting his whole life for you to come along.

Congratulations, as mentioned on Facebook Mick and I happened to meet up on the day and thus had drinks in your honour. The fact said drinks would have been drunk by us anyway is neither here nor there. It's the thought that counts.

I just went and told Sadie, "Hey, Tom's back from his honeymoon..." and she went, "Tom who?"

She mean...

HAY.

To be fair, we don't often sit around and talk about people we know online on a daily basis... and when we do, we usually use screen names. (Because, you know, you people aren't real. You just live inside my computer.)

Spay-C? I think... I think I'm in love with your Gobot.

Oh, and CONGRATULATIONS! :D

That's a worryingly good lego likeness. I hope you destroyed them afterwards because in the wrong hands they could probably be used for voodoo mind control.

Was going to say that honeymoons are generally for doing something a bit different;

...but that kind of sums up my views on the rest of it.

Good on ya.

There is something intangibly different, but in a good way. At the same time it's still not really sunk in - getting the first few bits of mail addressed to Sarah Prankerd will be weird.

My tips for the day - 1) smoke a lot and 2) don't buzz around trying to spend time with everyone, it's basically impossible - get as many people as possible to take pictures because you'll miss most of it.

As a non smoker I may struggle with the first one! I am trying to persuade the future Mrs that one of those deals where people get video cameras to film it and the company edit it together for a wedding video would be cool. Probably expensive, but cool.
