I still didn't find confirmations of this rumour in the news sections of many TF sites nor on other general sites like CBR, yet I didn't read any official denials yet either.
Still, this would be really bad. I'm living in Germany, and none of my efforts to promote the series to the German branch of Panini seemed to have any effects, they said several times that they are NOT planning to publish anything concerning TF. I assume the officials don't like "those stupid 80ies kid's toys".
My latest attempt included showing my Devastator and Defensor toys to them at a major German comic convention this weekend *feel free to include "Geek!" yells here

*, but even the thought of publishing TF seems to be disgusting to them. Great. In other words, Europe in general and Germany in particular won't see anything of Dreamwave's TF anymore?
