Scandinavian Alternators oddity

Post by Nevermore »

Within the span of a few days, I've gottern several mails by Kenneth N. Mølgaard from Denmark and Mikael Sundberg from Sweden. Both informed me about new Alternators sightings at their domestic TRU stores - Dead End in Denmark, and Dead End, Grimlock and Swerve (!) in Sweden.

Oddly enough, all of these toys apparently come in monolingual packaging, which implies that those are imported US toys as compared to hexalingual (or even dodecalingual now) European packaging.

As some of you might recall, Shockblast was available from Argos stores in the UK and Ireland last year, also in US packaging. Could this be related?
Looking for a complete Energon Sky Shadow (from Superion Maximus).
Offering: Binaltech Hound, Swindle, Ravage (Corvette), Skids.
Can buy in stores: Robot Heroes Tigatron/Inferno, Ricochet/Predaking.
