i know this may seem dumb but i was wondering if he could actually hold the toy cassettes...my blaster doesnt open, well it kinda does..should i try and pry it open or does it just do nothing

I dont know anything about the toy, but I wouldnt recommend trying to pry something open, cause you might end up breaking it off, which is something you dont want. Unless of course you get your jollies off of defiling helpless Transformer toys.

it does hold them, and if you were to try anything, i would take the screws out of the back to see why it won't open...

Yeh... IIRC, the mechanism's all there, just not 'connected' and can be fixed, though it's usually a little stiff... And he does just about carry a cassette, though it's a little looser that, say, Soundwave :)
