Nope. This is the first topic on his in-package pics that I've seen, so you get the scoop. You did good.

Hmmm . . . he's got a nice alt mode, but the chest kinda makes the robot mode boring. Here's hoping they release another police car with a different transformation. Not necessarily one that's well-endowed like the other alternators tend to be (in fact Windcharger/Decepticharge do a really good job of not having the front of the car as the chest. In fact, why not do a cop car version of that one?), but something with a little more umph would be nice . . .

maybe someone should repaint this as sideswipe or red alert because of the chest, the head looks fine for it.

Yeah, maybe if they used better paint apps to make it look a little busier . . . I usually don't like busier figures, but I just feel like there isn't enough detail in his chest area.

On the scale of the original G1 cars, this looked fine. However, it doesn't translate well to larger figures, at least in my opinion. I'm really glad they didn't do this with Sideswipe.

Hmmm . . . even more visually boring than the Hasbro version. Perhaps if they painted it red, and gave it a flame decal . . . I dunno. Wish I had photoshop to play with and see if I can match it to any autobot or decepticon who would look nice with a flat chest. I think a large decal of some sort would do wonders for the mold . . .

Ooh, ooh! I know! A giant bird, like the one on Zeemon! That would be really cool.

Both versions look great. I prefer the japanese deco [without an autobot symbol and a star] on the hood, but I'd like police on the side and not kanji.

Nice addition to any bt\alt collection, in my opinion.
