why would they?

he's not even the same character.. inspired by a little, but for all we know Shockblast/Laserwave could have an entirely different persona to G1 Shockwave... here's hoping anyhow :)

what's this guy's voicing abilities like? I don't actually recall seeing any eps of AR with blurr in them....

Vegeta on the first season of Dragonball Z, Zecks Marquis in Gundam Wing, Sonic the Hedgehog in the Sonic Adventure games, Dr. Claw in the recent Inspector Gadget cartoons...

He's a pretty good voice actor and one of my favorites in the Ocean Group. I especially liked his rendition of Vegeta.

Coolness, most of his work was not too bad from what I've heard myself. *Zecks, Vegeta, etc.*

I like Brian as well. His work as Vegeta, Zechs and Jetstorm was very well done. Blurr wasn't really well suited for him, but at least he gave it his best shot.

I think he'll fit right into the role from what i saw of the character.
Cold and calculating... sounds a bit like Vegeta...

I don't see a problem with him doing Shockblast at all. I liked his work with Vegeta, so I'm going to be looking forward to this.

The guy that did Vegeta in the Saiyan Saga. Nice, I think he's a good choice.

Well, Drummand's Vegeta was more of a raging lunatic. Which was just as cool.

To be honest, Drummand's Vegeta was the only reason I watched the first two seasons of Dragonball Z. The voice just kept drawing me back...

But he was a raging lunatic in a cold calculating way I thought.
I found his rendition of Vegeta to be the best in the series.

That's great news! What a perfect choice, specially after seeing the clips of Laserwave on Energon, I had actually hoped Brian would be picked when i first heard of Shockblast. He has a really cool voice.
