How to turn Alt Grimlock into a BT

I know, it's impossible to interchange the plastic parts for metal, but as you've all noticed, his hubcaps and gun are flat gray.

An order from hlj came today, and among other things was Gundam Marker Plated Silver. Very eager to test it, I whipped out some knives I had from evangelion kits and painted the blade with it.

The results are fantastic. It looks as if the blade is made out of metal. Those type of markers are compatible with plastic, so it should pose no problem for Grimlock.
