Am I the only one hoping there will be re-issue cassette tapes?

Am I the only one hoping there will be re-issue cassette tapes?

Post by cocorubs »

I know we have Buzzsaw, Laserbeak, and Ravage, but I want a re-issue collection of other tapes similar to the 6 mini transformers.

I have always loved the cassette tapes, and with Soundblaster and Soundwave re-issued, I wish they would re-issue a package set of tapes.

Just my wantings, that's all.
What's the use?

many would want more cassettes, and a 6 pack like the minibots would be cool

I really hope that Takomy still has the Dinosaur combiner cassette molds, as many fans would want those (and the e-hobby repaints :p)

I don't think that's possible. You see, the minibots are ok on their own to play with, but for the cassetes, you really need Soundwave or Blaster.

It's as if re-issuing lots of targetmasters in one box when only three bots so far can use them, and two are discontinnued.

I never bought anything from the TF Collection line, but I'd love to get my hands on a Cyclonus

I'm hoping that Cybertron Soundwave will bring about more lil robots that fit in his chest! :D

"Each figure sold seperately."

It would be nice, though. How old are those things, anyway? I'd imagine some of them came after the advent of the TF brand, but a couple must've come from the original diaclone with Soundwave way back when...

Sure, but all the TFC products are low volume, meaning they only make a certain number before discontinnuing them. If the cassetes came out now, there would be no way for me to get Soundwave unless I searched on e-bay for inflated prices.

It must have worked originally

As they must have sold some of them seperate from Soundwave and Blaster

Plus the stick them in chest and forget about them option can't have that much play value .

Would love to pick up Rumble and Frenzy and the autobot combiners

And as mentioned before some of the Japanese exclusives look nice. Graphy etc

I would buy it if they all were reissued at the same time. I would buy Rumble, Frenzy, Laserbeak, Buzzsaw, Ravage, Ratbat, Overkill, Slugfest, Beastbox, Squawkback, Eject, Rewind, Steeljaw, Ramhorn, Raindance, Grandslam, Gurafi, and Noizu for about $35.00 (USA) any higher than that I probably wouldn't.

I don't know about $35 for 17 Casette bots. Maybe you'd get them in three sets for $35 each . . .

Perhaps, they'd do two sets of 7 for $35 each, since Ravage, Buzzsaw and Laserbeak have been reissued all ready.
