Okay, for the first part, I'm a little late, but...

The rundown:

Four Japanese magazines are offering exclusive RM repaints in - suprise, surprise - black.

Dengeki Hobby Magazine is offering Black G1 Convoy.
Figure King is offering Black G1 Starscream.
Hyper Hobby is offering Black Beast Megatron.
And finally, Hobby Japan is offering Black Beast Convoy.

According to Fan to Fan, all four of them are coming with sheets that explain the story behind the black bodies.

Preorderes for these ended a while ago.

Last week saw G1 Convoy (pic 1, pic 2, pic 3) and G1 Starscream (pic 1, pic 2, pic 3) shipping (pics of both: one, two, and a whole lotta more).

Today, Beast Convoy (pic 1, pic 2, pic 3) and Beast Megatron (pic 1, pic 2, pic 3) followed (pics of the packaging: one, two, and a lot more pics of both at the bottom of the thread).

the beast wars look fine, but the black panit job do make the g1 transformers look kind of............dead
