Would suggest Optrex. It's sterile and better than just cool water.
Mostly it was the site styled with hovers (though not quite consistently) and the board left to whatever the default was in the browser that was showing the page or just a slight colour variation.Originally posted by Random Sweep
I didnt think it used to be like that though

Oh good, it's not just my computer going glitchy or something then, if other people have noticed a difference in the link fonts/styles too...
I'm using Firefox, and all the topic links etc. have now gone bold, and the underline only appears if you mouse over them.

The only thing that should possibly have changed (depending on how you have your browser set up) is that text links show a hover underline in the forum and across the rest of the site. Links in the main body of pages should have the same bold/normal display and text size as they did before.
Netscape 3 and 4 get as confused as they did before, and Netscape 4 still can't render the front page of the site (nothing new there.)

That happens to me sometimes too, but I don't think it's the site's fault per se. The text in some of the adds (Amazon.com is the one I've got up right now) is too big to fit in the usual add space, so it stretches the layout. The Prime pic (which by the looks of things is in the same table structure) is smaller than the space it's supposed to fill, so the browser is tiling it to fill the space.Originally posted by Ultimate Weapon
He seems to be corrected now. He was scrolling up and you could see the bottom of his head below the iimage, where it was cut off. FYI I'm using Mozilla.
Or at least, that's what my limited web design knowledge is telling me.

The attachment is what it looks like in every browser I've tried. It's possible your browser isn't getting the stylesheet that's on the site, but is hanging on to one that's several days old.
Ctrl+F5 will most likely sort it out. If not you could try looking at your cache settings, make sure it's on Automatic, and maybe give it a clear.
(The Amazon ads are the only ones that have text in 'em. Rest are images.)

I thought we had Google ads with text in them too...or maybe that's another site I visit.
I didn't think it was a cache problem, though, since I had several other tabs open at the same time in the same browser window, and that's the only one that had underlined links or stretched-out Amazon adds. I Ctrl+F5ed right after I took the screen shot, though, and it hasn't happened since... :\

It's quite common, and a bit clearer visually (also one of the reasons we try to avoid very small text.)
Your cache wouldn't affect how links are displayed on other sites. It's a stylesheet property (basic overview here.)
