decided to have a look in Hobby Link Japan a few minutes ago...
http://www.hlj.com/cgi-local/hljpage.cgi?TAK07494
knickers are creamed
"buy this item" was clicked
and I thought I was annoyed for missing it at half price!
£13 (excl postage) for a God Ginrai...

the estimated shipping is the price given to the left of the item price.
for US, it's 2500 yen (so, you're paying $40 roughly)
for UK/Europe, it's 2180 yen (so you're paying £25 roughly)
I'd still say this is a bloody good deal..
Denyer - what misprint?
last time it was at 50%, it was like that for 2 weeks...
but, I don't care, my order is confirmed

£38???
Its a good price, but I getting my brother to order it in Hong Kong, so shipping will be less...
However Capt be careful about customs and stuff, I know a few friends from anime forums who have their wallets stung becasue of importing etc...
Ask if Hobby Japan can mark you package as a gift too...
Well Done

no, £35 is including the postage...
it's roughyly the same as the item itself...
with Import Tax, yeah I know.
it depends on the size of the item and what it's described as
A friend had 2 Starscream reissues delivered from them a while back, and didn't get hit.
and if they mark the value on the box, it should be OK
(another company - from Hong Kong this time - I'm buying from marks the value down to 10% (£100 marked as £10) then as gift too... they very, very rarely have them hit with import duty)

I got in order in for one as of yesterday.
And as for the PM Prime re-issue, word is its going to happen. It also seems likely that Godbomber will be included, but he hasn't been given an "official" name yet.
Knowing Hasbro, the PM Prime re-issue will be $40 or more and be a store specific exclusive. And then there's the problem of will they use the Japanese or US mold since there are some minor differences.

oops...(sorry for taking so long to reply - forgot I had posted this :/)Originally posted by yakumo
So its £38 for God Ginrai and that includeds P+P??
no, it;'s £25 - I have a habit of doing £3 instead of £2 - or 4570 Yen according to my confirmation email.
Lemming - I think I'd rather get(ting) the Takara version (especially since it'll be cheaper at this precise point in time) since, as QS said, you know exactly what you're getting.
G84 - I fell your pain...*snigger*
Unicron - I think they'd have to use the Jinrai mold, since (AFAIK - tell you in a week or so ) God Bomber requires the Jinrai arms.
Actually, they probably only need to use the arm molds...the rest will probably be the same cheaper version that PM Prime was
Auros - as you've probably found out, they had PLENTY of GJ's in stock - hence the clearance sale...
