Victory Saber giftset box?

Damn it looks sweet but unless I win the llottery tomorrow the chances that I'll get one of those is slim to none. Still it's a very nice looking piece.

I wouldn't personally. $600 can get you a **** load of other TFs that are a lot better.

Nope.

VS giftset ideally shouldn't set you back more than $350. $400 tops.

Of course, there's a difference between what people will pay for something, and how much it would generally cost...

Yeh... I mean, I would pay about $100 - it's worth much more than that, but I'm not especially interested in Victory Leo. But the problem with rare stuff is that it's generally only getting rarer as more and more people build up collections, so some stuff can go for as much as someone is willing to pay...

No, but I would have paid the $9.99 that was the first bid. I'm assuming there was no reserve because it doesn't mention one.

I've got to say it is a nice looking toy. But I wouldn't pay $600 for it. About half that, I'd consider.

Who, me? I'd pay maybe up to $200 (I really know nothing about Victory, so even that would be a bit steep), but I wouldn't have let such a good deal pass me by, like that one.

I'd spend the $600 on not so rare TF's.

Agreed. Would you buy the set if it was reissued? anyone?

Yeah, cuz then it'd be a lot cheaper.

The seller ended this listing early because the item is no longer available for sale

I dunno about the set... like I said I'm not too hot on Victory Leo, or really on Victory Saber [he looks too much like Star Saber with platforms and a backpack, at least if I'm remembering correctly...]... plus you've got to consider that even a reissue would be pricey - it'd be more expensive than Ginrai, and much more desirable - he's a much better figure, and didn't have a quasi-US release...

*coughcoughprobablybecausethat'swhatheiscoughcough*

And whaddaya mean if you remember correctly? You mean you don't automatically refer to TFA's Victory catalogue scans?! *gasp*

In all seriousness, though - $600 is way above market value for the item. $400 is the most it should ever go for, even on Yahoo Auctions.
