Question Reflector/Microx

Could someone please explain what differences there are between the Reflector and Microx toys, thanks, again.

Grey skies... lots of rain... must be England...

The Microx version says "Microx" whereas the TF version says "Reflector" and has a rubsign.

Copyright stamps may be different too, but I don't care enough to find out right now

If i'm correct, Microx is the original japanese release of the toy, whereas Reflector is the Trasnformers, mail-away version.
