Relax man! Seeing as how I started you out with a bid history I don't see where the harm is. It may even encourage others to actually bid on the item, but I doubt it. And then you will feel sad about the words you have spoken out so rashly.

Whatever, I thought you actually cared.

I don't know anymore, maybe it was a bad idea. Now I have people just hating me for doing something legal and legit.

When you bid and then retract it right after, then the bid history is still 0, so how did you help me?

I just thought you would want to watch it. Not mess around with everything. Thus, SERIOUS BIDDERS ONLY!!!! Didn't I include that about 3 times in my description! I meant it.

Do whatever the hell you all want, you will anyway, if you want F**K up someone's auction for the fun of it, then you must not have a freaking life!

I just wanted opinions, not stupidity!

WHATEVER!

I just wanted some friends' opinons about the matter, not to mess with my auction for fun. I can't believe you told people to do that. Why not strip and run outside and take a whiz on the whitehouse steps for fun.

I don't want to be enemies with you, I just want you to understand, and just give me your opinions.

I am completely sorry for the rants and meanness which I have said upon you. I apologize to you.

I am going to go watch Transformer cartoons right now.

The bid history is zero so nothing changed. You should not be so hot tempered at something that is implausible. Much less take out your aggression on other board members. Frankly that is just rude.

Read my edit:

I apologize. I don't want to be enemies. I want friend. I feel a close kinship with everyone on this board. I always seem to be the bad person, when it was you that said to bid and retract for the fun of it.

I am sorry if I hurt you or anyone else on this board. I love Transformers with all of my heart. I am just trying to find ways of buying more transformers. I don't think there is a bigger fan that me of Transformers Generation 1. But I am also starting to take a likening to Energon.

Again, I apologize to everyone, and hope that you will watch my auction and enjoy any part of it.

Thank you for your understanding and opinions.

God Bless:

I never told anyone to do anything! I merely made a comical suggestion that you took as a threat! I thought for sure you would rationalize the situation and realize not to take posts so seriously. Are we demanding to much from you cocorubs?

Most likely. I am scared to death of getting tests for High Blood Pressure, and especially a Biopsy a week from today. I am scared of the pain, if there is some, and I am scared in case it is cancer or not, but it's not likely cancer.

I have that weighing on my mind, and couple that with everyone hating me on these message boards.

Those 2 things are concocting a forumal of unlimited meaness inside of me. A scard, yet rude and very, very meaness.

One that really takes comical things to heart.

Again, I apologize to anyone, especially you, Ultimate!!!

Keep me in your prayers!

coco, I don't want you to take this as flaming, but I have to be honest here:

1. I saw your auction. You, your words, and your asking price are rediculous. I was viewing it at my local tf shop tonight along with the work crew there. they got a hefty laugh out of you. Personally, I didn't know whether to laugh or cry.
2. If, by some slim chance, you actually do get a bidder on it, congradualtions are in order- you are the luckiest sunuvabitch that ever walked the planet. I wish I could say the same for the bidder, but remember ole P.T. Barnum.
3. Your superscript about Megatron is rediculous. It is a toy, the auction is under the toy category. Think about it.
4. SInce I have been here, I have tried to reason my thoughts about you- gave you the benefit of the doubt. Stuck up for you on occasion. But I am going to say this to your face: you are, without a doubt, the most delusional, self absorbed, psychologically unstable, paranoid schizophrenic person I have ever met online. Please do me a favor- give me some shred of reason as to why you think as you do. Give the humanitarian side of me something to reason with in terms of trying to understand you. Please.
5. By the way, I think you should know- the owners of the store informed me that a collector can get the complete reissue set, including Prime, for $500-$600 flat. Why you would ask a rediculously high price both for bidding and the "buy it now" feature is beyond reason. There ARE retail websites out there that sell it as a set.
I'm sorry if I have offended you. I just can't believe your insanity. I don't think I am alone on this, either.

You are just giving me your honest opinion, I understand.

I am sane, I just want you to know that. I am just shooting dice on this auction. Again, I am happy either way. Remember, I work at a casino. Blackjack dealer, craps dealer, roulette dealer. I take chances.

Is $13.40 a lot to gamble on if I can get $1900.00 or nothing? Not at all. I think of it as a gamble.

I am sane. I have a little 10-month old daughter, or first child. I have a wonderful wife. I basically go to work and come home everynight. I rarely go out. I have a few friends that I work with. I am into Fantasy Sports!

It's just a gamble. That's it. Why not take a gamble? The listing was $13.40. Is it that stupid or demented to just try? Not at all. It's fun. You said it. You and your friends were laughing. I even think it's ridiculous, but if someone wants to bid on it, then that's their bid, and if that's what they want, then that's fine. If they don't want to bid, then fine too.

Either way I win: Whether it's $1900.00 or Keeping my Transformers! There is no lose in this scenerio with the expection of the listing price, but that's fine by me.

At least you have to give me credit for just trying this. I did pay about $1000.00 for all of this, not counting shipping.

Anyhow, peace, and please keep me in your prayers. I enjoy listening to you all. You are all good people, and ultimate Transformer Fans!!!

Never let your dreams die!

eh well put
but im afraid he wont get the message there is no reasoning with him
therefore i wont try to reason with him either
and it seems i was right with my estimate of 500

if he doesnt lose anything by selling them you have to wonder why he wants to sell them at al ( apart from selling them for 2500 and rebuying the whole kit for 600 making a 1900 profit and that is just not going to happen unless he finds another person as unhinged as he is )
as far as the auction itself goes its bad comedy

( willing to bet he will sign up as a differnt user and will bid on his own auction just to prove us wrong )

and if you cut your self you wil think you are happy

come as you are as you were as i want you to be come doused in mud soaked in bleach come as a friend as a known enemy

Cocorubs, I realize you don't want to sell them for less than you paid, but I'm afraid that's the way it'll be in a large lot auction like this. People will be scared by the high price, I mean, nearly $2k is a helluva lot for only 44 Transformers, even if they're worth that. You probably would be better off auctioning them individually, it could take longer, but you'd be more likely to get your money back.

Anymore flames and this is getting locked. I know some of you don't like Cocorubs, but he really isn't causing any harm and you could just ignore him if you don't want to read his posts.

It's more than a little cheeky to sell them them at such a price, especialy when the Megs and Prime boxes aren't even in perfect nick (personaly I'd want them not only genuinly MISB, but also hand delivered by Rachel Stephens in a thong). Also, the randon caps lock and exclamation mark!!!!! syndrom may well put people off as well. You'd have certainly done better selling them indervidualy.

Incidently, wasn't your Skids box damaged as well? I could have sworn there was a thread where you bemourned UPS for knocking it up...

ok....a gamble involves ODDS OF WINNING if someone can definetely without any kind of trouble get the complete set for 500-600 bucks off some site they will without a doubt go with that option instead of your ebay.

you say that some people prefer ebay over a site and they may trust ebay more.....from the difference of 500-600 to 1900 they will get over that insecurity pretty easy!!!

and furthermore you ask for advice thats why you post.....we give you advice...and you just tell us youre going to do what you want anyway...so whats the point of even telling us about it?

and sorry to to auros if this comes off as flamy but if anything its keeping him from wasting his time on ebay and may actually knock some sense into him...maybe...

So that means Skids has been opened at least once, again at that price it just wouldn't be good enough (and surely doesn't count as MISB does it?)

Incidently, the little bit about Megatrons legality reminded me of somthing I've been currious for a while:

I got reissue Megs from my local comic/fur coat shop, where the guy has about four on his shelf. Is this:

A) Highly illigal.
B) Perfectly legal to sell in this country as long as its got the "Not for sale to under 14's" sticker on it?

Either way,he hasn't been able to shift any others at 60 quid each so I've little hope for Cocorubs...

From what I've heard, it's actually illegal for you even to own a G1 Megs you bought in 1984. Can anyone confirm this?

Looking for a complete Energon Sky Shadow (from Superion Maximus).
Offering: Binaltech Hound, Swindle, Ravage (Corvette), Skids.
Can buy in stores: Robot Heroes Tigatron/Inferno, Ricochet/Predaking.

AFAIK, it's perfectly legal for them to import it and sell it.

Yes, the Skids box was damaged, but they shipped me a new skids, and it's in mint condition. I sent the old Skids damaged box back.

you are not getting the point, but taking a chance. If this auction doesn't sell, I won't be doing it again. I love my transformers. If I could make a profit off of them, then I will.

And, please don't suggest I am going to bid just to prove you all wrong. That's a stupid comment. I would never do something like that. Another reason why I don't like ebay. A lot of sellers might big on their own item to hike up the price so the other people would bid against them.

I would never do that.

Now please just enjoy the auction. I don't care if it sells or not. I put up the auction, if someone wants to, then knock themselves out.

You all think i am trying to get my money back on these transformers, but I am not, I will buy them back from a website later on.

And please! Don't say I am I am making a profit of 1900-600. Because you seem to say that all of it is worth 600.00. True the Takara reissues, but can't you see I am selling other things in the auction? Not just Takara Reissues. Did you even read that?

Okay, you can close this topic now. It did what it was here to do.

As second-owner goods, all of which can be sourced by anyone willing to shop around and which are being sold here as a bulk lot to clear quickly, that may be the most accurate estimate.

Let me clear something up: this is a forum in which people can start and continue discussions. In most cases, threads do not 'belong' to the person who started them, as there are other people involved.

It isn't the case—stores which openly sell replica firearms don't get any trouble. At a typical £50+ Megs is clearly priced as a collectible, although TRU would probably balk at selling it because they'd be open to negative media attention.

Okay.

I think that everyone's trying to help, in some roundabout and ugly way, by telling you that you have much greater chances of selling by shooting for less (say, $1000). Not good chances, but greater than current. You can't expect anyone to pay more than you did - because, if you're so confident you can buy them all back for much less, why can't your potential bidders? The only way you're going to be able to make any profit is to sell them after Takara stops making them. Even rich folks are going to think/research a little bit before throwing away $2000.

Anyway.

Flec's selling a lot of RID, Armada, and Energon, and a few G1 toys. 'S all I'm sayin'.

The TFArchive RPG - "the most popular part of the site[!]" - Skywarp. Darn tootin'.
