No. Mount Saint Helens is in southern Washington near the Columbia River/border with Oregon.

will the movie hit the cinemas or will it go just straight to dvd??

Short, clear .... but appaer that America Southwest is an appropriate place, for the setting of the story ....

New Zealand? No ... Australia? Could be ... have desert, mountain ... City and Volcano probably will be addicted in CGI ....
