Default constucticon theory

there are two stories behind the constructicon's birth but i have come up with a theory after watching beast wars. in beast wars they state that all sparks are from the matrix past present and future. so my theory is what if they were born on cybertron and during the civil war they were killed and then when megatron built them on earth there sparks found there new bodies
