Ok so the same boring VAs, another uninteresting plot(I've seen fansubs), which they WILL somehow make WORSE in the dub, they will also remove the nice opening and ending sequences with something cheezy and un-memorable!

Sounds like a winner!

Why don't they dub something GOOD like Headmasters or Masterforce, or any of the other Japanese TF shows!

Because they're trying to sell the new Cybertron toys?

If you're watching the GF fansubs, I don't see any point in complaining about the western version changing stuff.

Headmasters and Masterforce were good? When the Hell did that happen? Planet of the ****ing bee people, both sets of junior Headmasters etc, etc.

Damn, Cliffy beat me to it.

I've watched, and reviewed, Galaxy force. It is the best robot cartoon. The writing is actually pretty decent, and the animation is amazing. Only thing close is Victory - and the kids in GF are less annoying.

But, at the convention - Garry Chalk actually said that they asked him to Audition, which was hillarious. It was just a test episode, so they didn't just hand him the role, which I find hillarious as he's done a great job of Optimus for 5 series now.

I only realised that the actors dont work together with the review of Armada episode 5 'Soldier' at www.bwtf.com, there was also a interview with David Kaye and he confirmed it. Sadly it sorely shown in energon, check out episode 18, the conversation between Optimus and Rodimus is bad.

That is, unfortunatly, because of the differences between voice acting and dubbing.

In Beast Wars and Beast Machines, Garry Chalk and the others got to act out the scripts, then the animators worked around it. This lead to some of the memorable bits between characters.

With the animation already done, all the voice actors get to do is match the phrases to the lip movements and only have a small range to act in. So, while I would rather see them do it with the Actors first - they are doing the best they can with what they got.
