Furman is going to have to drop the Dinobot fetish. They're milking the Shockwave thing aswell. He needs a bit more bulk aswell.

Does somebody want to count up all the individual posters who've made "witty and original" snide comments about it being another Furman comic with the Dinobots in, and thought they were being cutting edge?

I'd do it, but I've got more important things to do. Like clean the dirt out from under my fingernails...

G1 Marvel's creation of Constructicons and Jetfire + the irony of fighting the humans to extinction with TFs based on extinct beings, who happen to make for great close combat weapons, exceeding the capabilties of conventional tanks and fighterjets.

Just a thought..

No, no, no... you've got it all wrong.

They're doing the TEENAGE ADVENTURES OF SHOCKWAVE. He's growing up in a small, arctic town where he he finds out over the course of the series that he's been adopted and is really from outer space and is the last son of Cybertron. Each episode he'll have to deal with growing up, fitting in, and discovering himself. Will things work out with his prom queen sweetheart, SueAnne, but still be able to keep his secret? And what of his doomed friendship with Grimlock, the star quarterback?

It's puberty, but with giant transforming robots.

TEENAGE ADVENTURES OF SHOCKWAVE. Thursdays on Fox.

with the dinobots being dumb shockwave can easily talk them into doing whatever he may wish as long as he makes sould good for the autobot cause. then again putting the dinobots in every series can get a little play out. i would like to see shockwave vs. an autobot that was left behind on cybertron. maybe omage.

Doesn't look like his alt-mode'd be any different. I think this is more of an artistic issue.

Of course, if that's what this artist did to Shockers, 've got a feeling the Dinobots are gonna look funky.......

I love what Nick has done with Shockwave and I am looking forward to seeing what he does with Dinos as well.

Can't wait for this series to come out. Great to see IDW allowing different styles rather than that homogenous house style DW gave us.
