Default RUMOR: a possible new TF cartoon show for 2007?

First I want everyone to accept this as a RUMOR it's
not official (at least yet).

According to thisAll the Rage article (scroll down about half way)

Anyway the basic concept of this possible new Transformers series is re-imagines the G1 characters that instead of crashing landing on Earth in past or the present that the Transformers instead crash land on Earth 100 years into an
I, Robot style future.

Thanks to the news crew at www.seibertron.com for the
heads up.
