Default Whose Legs Are Those?

Alright I realize they are probably due to writers making up generic Transformers in the 86' movie, but when the Tf's are fighting through the night it shows Grappler and Perceptor exchanging laser fire and a pair of legs of a transformer runs by and it makes a weird sound...if not generic, who is that?

It's Swoop. Hours before he arrived on Autobot city.

Some people say it's Tracks, but he's not.

man Ive been wondering that for years, I never thought of Swoop. I mean I laugh at all the generic Decepticons made and how bad they look, I mean the guy next to Perceptor doesnt even look too much like Grapple, I only say Grapple cuz it looks closest to him
