Default Movie Optimus Prime robot mode

As always, I'm not sure if Paramount will crack down on it, so I won't post the link here...

A certain major Transformers fan site has what appears to be the first partial image of movie Optimus Prime in robot mode. Check it out as long as the image stays up.

Looking for a complete Energon Sky Shadow (from Superion Maximus).
Offering: Binaltech Hound, Swindle, Ravage (Corvette), Skids.
Can buy in stores: Robot Heroes Tigatron/Inferno, Ricochet/Predaking.

OH MY GOD HE HAS NO EYES!!!!!!!!!!!!!111111111111111111111

Chunky and apey arm.

It's odd... once you surrender all hopes and expecations, this is all borderline exciting...

If it's official, looks badass. Head is very angular, just what I'd expect. I don't quite get the whole arm design, but it seems they are going for a total mecha design rather than blocky G1 bodies.

Few stuff in the UK to trade/sell. Measly sales thread.

Doesn't seem to have knuckles, which would make punching things impractical.

He's got yawning chasms instead, though. You can't expect a direct analogy of lumpy bone endings for a robot... there's gaps that allow for fingers to flex.

Enlarge the circumference of the joint and you'd get a good analogue; they're trying to emphasise the "hey, look, robot" factor.

Which is fair enough. I don't expect too many closeups of the back of Prime's hands unless the studio have a marketing deal with White Wolf.

Dang, it's gone already?
Could I get a highly detailed description of it from anyone?
EDIT: Oh, I found it. I'd say if they are indeed real then they are very cool designs.

Saw a pic that shows what appears to be the front end of one of Bumblebee's legs...

I think Don will take the thread down from his forum if there's any problem.

Looking around, Prime seems to have disseminated widely, though mostly on call of people mentioning they saw it somewhere else rather than mentioning DM.net

Default jobby job!

Whose job is it to go around pulling the images?
I wonder what the job title it is.

Also, is there anybody who purposefully would avoid checking this stuff
out because they like to surprised?

I felt like a sneaked a peek at a christmas present when it finally
got leaked that Topher Grace was Venom.

As I go further off topic-- could Megatron beat Marvel Comics' Magneto?
Or anything metal would just get its butt kicked.

More and more, the robot modes are looking like crap. Somebody needs to beat it into the art design that the exposed pipes and wires look awful.

Me. Sadly so many people around the internet are incapable of comprehending that some folks might not want every last detail emblazoned everywhere that I've given up.

Magneto would wipe the floor with Megatron. Much as Windcharger did on the one occasion he was allowed to actually use his abilities.

Actually it's very neo-marketing to "leak" pictures (such as recent comic book story lines, such as the newly lesbian Bat Woman and Cival War unmasking of Peter Parker/Spiderman) and then "pull" them to create buzz and excitement. Based on board feedback they can revise designs w/o ever having to admit that they were the actual designs. Indirect consumer marketing research in a way.

Brilliant move, no matter what any of us think of the pictures.

I like the black bar across OP's eyes. Makes me think the photos are incriminating. Optimus has been a naughty bot...

Depending on whether they go as far as server takedown notices, which Paramount have already done to at least one prominent site -- which would indicate either poor internal communication or they're simply total ****s.

I think they're more concerned about negative press at a high enough distribution level (eg, being picked up by newspaper sites), which can spread early enough to affect an opening weekend these days.
