Oh yeah -- it's coming back to me -- especially his "sock" feet flying kicks. He was quite a tough final boss in Fatal Fury 1 on Genesis.

It is for all of us to celebrate. And we can only offer our commiserations and regrets to the man himself. If, indeed, he is just a man.

Well, considering nothing human could smoke what he somokes, drink coffee with the amount of sugar he has not drink 8 Red Bulls a day I'd be amazed if he's even Humanoid...

Happy 30th Birthday, Hound! (Not sleeping in on your birthday, it seems - it's only a quarter to eight Pacific time, right? ) Don't worry apout leaving your twenties - 30, and early thirties, continue on very nicely.

Birthdate greetings from Latveria, Mr. Hound.

Oh, and from an "older gentlemen", let me share with you some wisdom- when I turned 30, I pretty much considered myself to be ready for entry into a nursing home, but my mom told me this:
"It wasn't until I hit my 30's that I truly started LIVING." I have found that truth for myself as well.

Celebrate your age, don't treat it as a funeral!

Happy birthday Civ. I found some pictures of my ECE 100 Technic robot:

http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y58...d/MVC-001S.jpg - The strips touching the yellow wheels provide springed switch action for bump sensing.

http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y58...d/MVC-002S.jpg - The round black pieces at the bottom, inside the red bricks had optical sensors.

http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y58...d/MVC-003S.jpg - For some reason, we (team of three) felt the robot would work better with a really small wheel in front.

When it started moving I think I heard a robotic voice say "Crush, kill, and destroy!"

Now I remember why we had it so low; it was for bringing the light sensors slightly closer to the ground I think.

To my beautiful Civ- I couldn't think of anything better than to share my love for you with the entire world. Or the archive for now, so here is my heart-felt poem:

(cue air supply music)

Civ, civ.....oh beautiful and glorious Civ....
To what a sexy man can I give?
you are the light of my life and cherished beyond,
a thousand doombots I would send around.
How your words touch me with plastic love,
I feel our love is a gift from above.
Every waking moment, every last breath
I think of nothing but you and Richard's impending death.
So master Victor has decreed
that today you will be celebrated indeed!
For this one day the Baxter Building will remain intact,
Because Doom has other plans to inact.
You shall be swept away, and treated so grand,
anyone who counters this- Doom commands!
My love is bigger than the silly Beyonder's secret war-
For the love in my heart is nothing but pure!
So, to you I dedicate these heartfelt words,
Doom's love is never absurd!

*hugs and kisses Civ*

HB, Slar-tee!

There's this track from Toral Annihilation, which at one time I thought was the best music for entertaining presumptuous ideas, and especially appreciating what would happen if those ideas were true. It's not "Several Species of Small Furry Animals Gathered Together In A Cave And Grooving" strong/sharp, but its sublime segments are nicely complemented by its flamboyant and somewhat stupid segments.

Track 08: Forest Green
