Astrotrains were happily sitting on the shelf at the Tesco in Dumfries earlier this week, alongside the Voyagers, Vs set, Mini-Cons, Legends, Titaniums and (a first here) Alternators!

Forbidden Planet are a comic/collectibles store buying mostly through Diamond from the US. It's possible Tesco are also dealing direct rather than through Hasbro UK, which'd mean Astrotrain will continue be in short supply, failing a later-wave release.

My g/f's working in Dumfries tomorrow night. The temptation to go with her and spend a good 2-3 hours in Tesco is now, painfully, over-whelming.

I picked up a Jetfire in my nearest TRU the other day,was expecting about 20 Starscreams but they literally had nothing but a pile of the ol' Air Guardians.

They also wacked up the price of Hasbro re-issues by five pounds, the scoundrels!

I brought the Rodimus/Soundwave transforming titaniums from Argos today- Though I was actually a little sad the War Within Optimus pictured wasn't in stock.

I bought both WW Optimus and what i beleive is the gi joe vs TF-Megatron a while ago. I opened Megs first and i couldn't have been more disappointed,he instantly fell apart because the tiny plastic clip joints couldn't support the heavy metal limbs. But i was pleasantly surprised with Prime, that is once i'd gotten through the Fort Knox-like packaging.

Oh, and the prices for the Titaniums at least are wrong in the catalouge- I paid 11.99 each whilst the book claims 14.99.

They're 'introductory prices' according to the little sale catalogue thingy that floats around the stores. Who knows when the introduction ends? Worth a potluck at Argos?

finally got my Classics Jetfire (class figure by the way) from Toys r Us, tried Agos but all they offered were the cybertron Nemesis Breaker and Soundwave (both of which I admit were tempting but not what I wanted). Argos also had reduced price Cybertron Primes and Menasors if anyone is still looking.

Reduced price menasors? Where was this? Also, which catagory were they under? I might be interested in this if I can find one.

The little sale catalogue thingy has an end date of Feb 20th I think, so i'm assuming they're gonna be normal price after that. Desperately trying to get a Rodimus Prime before the price goes back up!
