Exclamation Transformers to return to TV. No joke, no fooling. Absolutely 100% serious!

According to Seibertron.com, Cartoon Network is going to pick up Transformers and Master of the Universe for Toonami.

The exact quote:

"The Cartoon Cartoon block includes rookies "Whatever Happened to Robot Jones," launching in July, and "Codename: Kids Next Door," bowing in November. Fresh episodes of returning hits "Justice League" and "Samurai Jack" were also promised. The afternoon toon adventure block Toonami, which dominates among kids 9-14 on cable, will revive cartoon classics "He-Man: Master of the Universe" and "Transformers" with new episodes. For the preschool set, Japanese import "Hamtaro" will make its U.S. debut in July. It already has sparked a hamster craze in its homeland."

I've got two things to say.

The first is, "What's this mean about "new episodes?"

And the other thing is...

YOU LOUSY AMERICANS!!! WHY DO YOU ONLY GET TF'S WHAT ABOUT US IN CANADA?!

That's what you get for not allowing the word "war" into the title of Beast Wars.

Well, fine then, give me another reason, I can't think of a more valid one.

Hey, hold on, maybe it's Hubcap's fault...

Its not the original shows. Its a new He-Man cartoon and Transformers Armada. Damn, when I first read it, I thought it was the originals. :-x

...is this a problem?

Man, I hated that series with a passion. It's what got me into TFs. Wanting half-an-hour of fun which didn't end with a disconnected moral diatribe along the lines of "Orko shouldn't have wandered off without telling his friends where he was going." ^&*((*&*&*(&(&*&*(&!!!!!

Don't worry, almost everything popular that's aired on Cartoon Network gets picked up by either YTV or Teletoon in Canada, so we'll get it.

I cant judge the UK one, but the Dutch one is HORRIBLE compared to its US counterpart. A FULL line up of the Dutch programming:

Anime:

DragonballZ(subbed thank god) (started 28 August 2000)

Cartoon, Cartoons: (all dubbed in dutch)

Cow & Chicken
I Am Weasel
Johny Bravo
Ed, Edd & Eddy
Dexter's laboratory
Powerpuff Girls
Courage the Cowardly dog

Rest:
VERY old Hanna Barbera and Warner Bros stuff.

Hehe, I don't know about all this cable stuff and Cartoon Network but I get Toonami in the afternoons on the WB, I really hope it replaces Scooby Doo. Scooby Doo hasn't had a place in regular television for fifteen years, lord knows there's not a place for it here now.

You wanna come live in the UK. We get the absolute SUCK deal. Even if we are fortunate enough to get the shows broadcast they go out on the sh!ttiest times known to man - 6 in the morning, on dumbass shows like GMTV.

Then they screw up the video releases (Beast Wars)

Some series we never get (Beast Machines)

And by the time we get them (RID), we'll all be old and grey and have already downloaded them from the internet quality

Thank the almighty that we can buy this stuff from people on the internet or we'd all be up the creak fighting over one broken paddle

I have a dream, one day our Children will live in a world without crappy cartoons. Anime and decently drawn or at the very least amusing anime will rule the airwaves!

I want to see another Cartoon Network channel that has nothing but Toonami stuff, Justice League, Bat Man Superman and stuff. And other decent 80's action cartoons. (Robotech, Voltron, Transformers (DUH!), GI Joe, He-Man, Visionaries, Centurians, Lone Star, Cops etc etc.) And at late night air Evangelion at say midnight and stuff like that. Sorry I am dreamer but tell me people would not pay for a channel like that !?
