Default US Release of MP Starscream

Hasbro looks to be releasing an MP Starscream in G1 colors.

http://www.tfw2005.com/boards/showthread.php?t=135630

Credit to S250 at TFW2005.

Personal opinion: Crud. Someone smelled enough money to justify painting the mold those garish red, blue, and light gray colors. If they change the plastic to something sturdier, I may get one and repaint it into the realistic colors.

At least they didn't use the light blue paint.

Interesting. If they fix the qc problems and do the other two seekers, as well, I'll probably snag Skywarp.

Not bad, but I'm not really sure if it's legit. I mean, that's two BANDAI Master Grade kits on the background.

Yeah, I know. It's not like an official Hasbro announcement. I just thought it was newsworthy since this S250 guy apparently has a really good news track record for 5 years running and TFW seems to be pretty careful about their news.

The only way I'll buy it is if it's on US shores. I don't want to import and have it break. At least if I spend $60.00 or so, I can return it for another if the one I buy breaks.

I like the smoke/heat damage, but the red engine intakes make it look tacky.

Looks like S250 confirmed it. So, I will buy one as soon as he hits retail.

A lot of people believe he'll go for $80-90 some odd dollars. I doubt it.
I think he'll run about $65.00 like Prime did.

Well looks like we might see a Masterpiece Megatron after all. I mean if they brought this guy over...who's to say?

Looks like they did the battle damage paint job like they did on Optimus.
Wonder if Hasbro will do all the MP's that way.

For some odd reason, I'm more interested in the jogging woman than Starscream's pics.

Takara can get away with a yellow Tracks or non-show SS (though TFs aren't doing too well in Japan for various reasons) but Hasbro's got its eye on the main market it'd be selling a large and fairly expensive collectible to...
