If my guess is right, I think the helmet can slide inside of the sidecar which gets rid of my fear that it wouldn't be a standalone piece.

If you tell me, you're damn right about that. Not that it is a real problem for me since I don't really care if it is compatible with the old one because I don't have him. On the other side, it could just be so that you can remove the whole sidecar at once. That sounds logical to me because i have been reading his review and that says that Prowl doesn't need a fork to stand right up. So let's wait about the answers. They will come.

EDIT: Yay Prowl has got an apart robot mode!!! Now I definitly gonna buy him. As a replacement for my broken Transmetal 2 Prowl...

Thumbs up

Wolfang - K-9, eat your spark out! (sort of...) It seems the head, chest, forearms, and "jet pack" are completely overhauled just for the sidecar accessory! I for one didn't expect Hasbro to even go half this far! Just a little bit of parts swapping with the original would make it perfect, IMO. (the lower legs and the lightbar pieces)

Considering my Prowl has ZERO thumbs thanks to the f***ing shurikens never working, I'm getting both these guys. I'll probably mix and match parts if possible to create a cooler (Is that possible?) Prowl.

No, it's not just you. I'd imagine most posters here at the archive are bigger than animated Prowl.

I didn't mean that acctually. I was meaning to say that I was wondering if it was true that the new version of Prowl is bigger than the regular version or that it was just a mistake by me. And yes indeed I also think most posters here are bigger then Prowl. Apart from Kremzeek75.... (let's hope he/she can laugh about this...

And here's Waspy 's review to. Too bad that HASTAK didn't give him his blaster. Instead of hat he's got flapping wings which is very disspointing in my opinion. He 's also got the strangest joints I've ever seen on a Transformer. Anyways, see for yourself.
