I am really wondering about how Hot/Rod is gonna look like, and of course Soundwave. BTW: Safeguard has invaded my stores, and I was schocked to see how small they are and how ugly they are... If they at least have some weapons...

I want the new CYCLONUS when it comes out. After all anything in the show HAS to be released right?

Oh and you can pre-order the ratchet here:

That is not Animated Ratchet, it is Universe Ratchet.

Sadly, no.

I completely agree with the Cyclonus love, however.

*Googles Animated Cyclonus*

I can only find a sketch of him, but he looks pretty cool.

he looks so similar to universe cyclonus so as to make me wonder if they'll particularly bother with an animated version.

And I was praying that Animated would make it to the point where they would make a Omega Supreme Animated Figure.
I am not a fan of the "Insecticon TF Movie" figures at all. I like the movie, but the faces are hideous!

From tfw2005.com:

Sad news for fans of Transformers Animated - The Transformers Collectors Club Store has begun to email customers who preordered the Deluxe Class Animated Arcee to advise them that their preorders have been canceled, as "Hasbro canceled Arcee for the time being."

This also leaves the fate of several other upcoming Animated toys, including Animated Electrostatic Soundwave with Ratbat, Rodimus Prime, and Cybertron Mode Ratchet in question. It is hoped that Hasbro might give some answers to the ultimate fate of the Transformers Animated toy line at Botcon, but sadly the outlook is not looking good.

I have to say, I was kinda waiting for this.

They're probably shelving the molds for a short time. Hopefully we'll see them in TFU v.3.

That would be fantastic. Hopefully, the supposed announcement about Animated at Botcon will also answer questions about any future Animated toys.

My feelings on this are best not expressed on this forum. Suffice it to say, I'm not happy.

Not unexpected, but unfortunate.

My local Targets started clearancing some universe and animated toys, but not others. Animated deluxe and voyager toys were the only things I saw that wasn't being marked down. I was expecting the stores to clear out Animated for the movie line if the line is truly ending. Has anyone else seen this?

Expect to see these moulds after the movie buzz ends, I think.

Yeah, they usually release the figures with a color scheme change, and as popular as this line seems to be, I wouldn't be surprised to see the next series include a lot of the popular figures. I just hope we don't see something like Pokemon or Bakugan (as my son really likes Bakugan) right now.

Hopefully with a few repaints as well. I still want to see a "G2" Swindle. That would be sweet.
