Watching Siskel and Ebert, and the eventually re-titled Ebert and Roeper, was an absolute fixture of my Saturday evenings for many, many years. While I didn't always agree with his opinions (well, as with most any critic, really), he and his program clued me in to many less-publicized films, and generally provided me - and often other family members - with an enjoyable half-hour evey weekend. Thank you, Roger.
