How to submit to Visions of Cybertron:

By far the best way to contribute to the TFArchive creative section is by posting your stories or art in the Creative: Visions of Cybertron forum for feedback. This is also a good way to get your work proofread for typos by other people before it gets wider exposure on the site!

Submissions can also be made directly to: visions@tfarchive.com, but this address is checked less often and mainly used for transferring large files. The forum is more direct. Please don't submit stuff by email unless you've already told me by some other means and I'm expecting it. I don't want anything legitimate to get lost in the spam or the spam filters.

Submission guidelines:

  • Crossovers are acceptable, but should focus on Transformers.

  • Explicitly 'nude' cartoons and fiction which includes graphic sexual descriptions or massive gratuitous use of obscenity will not be considered. We prefer not to need warnings on parts of the site.

  • We prefer to host fiction which is either complete or split into chapters. Abandoned works may be removed at our discretion. Works in progress are fine if they're still genuinely in progress.

  • Decisions of the editorial staff will be considered final.

Frequently Asked Questions:

Q. Why don't you have some sort of public ratings system?

A. Most creative people love to hear from other who appreciate their work. Unfortunately, quick ratings are very easily abused, which can be rather dispiriting for contributors. So why not send a personal mail or post in our forum to discuss things you've seen at Visions of Cybertron?

Q. I have plenty of ideas but I don't think my writing skills are up to the job. Where can I find people to collaborate with?

A. I realise just how repetitive this sounds, but it's always worth asking in the forums. Many projects have been the result of people putting heads together!

Ta,
Denyer.
