Botcon Arcee by Hironori Kobayashi
A perennial, almost legendary favourite amongst fans, this BotCon contest entry by Hironori Kobayashi (thanks to Doug Dlin for the translation) is something I'm sure many of us would like to see produced officially.
Standing about 12cm tall in robot mode, Arcee was built entirely from scratch.
