I'd love to hit up one of the big cons if timing ever allows.
I'm giving serious consideration to hitting up TFNation next year (if it goes ahead) with a few of the guys I know that go down there.

Re: Thank you

I remember that glass! That was from one of the OTFCCs that I was at so that glass was, I think, meant to be from Scout, Flec, Jinrai, Garand and me. I had a sneaking feeling you were involved but wasn't 100% sure. Memory and time not being what it was and all that (rum) in between times. You can t...

Re: Remembering that our old toys actually exist!

Particularly with the Weetabix Drag Strip and Fireflight in play. Still have my original Weetabix Dragstrip and Firefight! The Stunticons were definitely the first team I had completed, closely followed by the Combaticons. Classics were definitely prevalent in their collection. I recall getting Ove...

Re: Remembering that our old toys actually exist!

I love that set. I was so excited to get that, back in 2004. And then a bit underwhelmed, as they're such boxy bricks. That charm won me over as I got into playing with them. They're great. If I had to pick a favourite, I'd have to go with Razorclaw. I love his colours and big roaring lion mode. I ...

Thank you, for help shaping a place I like to hang out :) Love this place and everyone on it.
My pleasure. I'm glad that there's still a few people milling about that enjoy the space in the corridors nowadays.

Re: Remembering that our old toys actually exist!

As I am looking to move house in the near future I've had reason to disassemble the G1 Japanese Predaking re-issue that was lurking my cupboard with all my comic boxes. That's a boxy little piece of genius.

OH, I still have the Superlink Grand Convoy I got from you, too! I had just dug him out the other day after learning what dekotora is. :swirly: Honestly can't recall what I've sold and what I haven't at this point but I'm glad things went out to good homes. I believe it was yourself that was my sou...

Thank you. It's been 20 years. 20+ years this website has been around. It's seen ups and downs, arguments and reconciliations, people coming back when they swore they'd never step over the threshold again and mysterious forums appear and disappear in the blinking of an eye (if you know, you know.) ...

Re: [The video game thread]

I really like Sexy Brutale (haven't finished it yet though). For me Bioshock 2 was always the low point of the series. Always feels like a slow slog of basically more Bioshock 1 but worse. One the other hand, I loved infinite. A lovely colourful game at a time when every other shooter was grey and ...

Re: [The video game thread]

Well I've just done a full run on Bioshock Collection (Bioshock 1, 2 & Infinite) Really enjoyed 1 and 2. Infinite was different . Probably not the wisest idea to have played it straight after the others (having never played Infinite before) as it is quite different to the first two and seemed to be ...

Re: What TV shows are you watching thread.

Have just finished season 3 of Ozark which is a stellar little show. Quarantine means I've also watched season 3 of Jessica Jones (at last), Deadman Wonderland, Tiger King, Locke & Key, season 1 of Kingdom (zombie apocalypse, Korean style, what's not to love) and The Witcher. Which makes it sound li...

Re: Covid 19 / everybody PANDEMIC

Would it be better or worse for the country if he gets offed by this? It's a high profile case that will make people more aware of it. Unfortunately I don't think this as a death would actually have the most impact. It would have to be a high profile sports star or a high profile reality TV star fo...
