It's by Kieron Gillen and Jamie McKelvie. McKelvie draws possibly the most beautiful, stylish people in the world and Kieron Gillen is known for, among other things, bringing back Death's Head when he was over at Marvel (and further confusing Death's Head's timeline!)

Actually, all this reminds me that back in the TMUK days a few of us got into the habit of using Manics' songs as our story titles, many years before Phonogram made me go back and listen to Generation Terrorists again.
