Thanks for the kind words, RnR! This one worked well, I think.

I'd not be surprised if the timeline makes little to no sense. It would be nice if it did but I think it might be more collateral damage from the crossovers.

I've read it! I liked it, seems like what MTMTE would look like if it launched today (generally, a lot more like Firefly than Cheers). The Fort Max reveal did trigger a pet peeve of mine but it generally worked towards the DJD fake-out they were building to. The Grimlock/Misfire stuff was also quite...

Thanks SH, that's very encouraging. Our next comicsy one is in the editing phase. Give me about a week - work has become a bit demanding recently. Hopefully it should encourage some more rereading...

Sender address + chloroform. I SEE YOUR GAME. No! I was so close! My local TRU had three Generations Rhinoxes (Rhinoxi? Rhinocerox?) when I stuck my head in on Monday. They were about £12.99 when I grabbed myself one a couple of weeks ago, so they're presumably still the same. A Rhinox would be swe...

If I see them, I'd get them for you. What is your upper price limit for each figure? Cheers! £20 is my upper price limit. I've also just realised I quite like Blitzwing if such an ancient figure is still around. Sandstorm's the priority though - putting together a Wreckers shelf which is just missi...

Thanks for the praise and advice, folk.

That's a great idea, Rack 'n Ruin. That Lost Light Bulletin Board was the highlight of Dark Cybertron. If they could work out a way to do it on the cheap it could serve a double function of exposition / additional coverage really nicely.

We've got none of those down our way - if anyone spots a Sandstorm or a Rhinox and would be minded to go to the hassle of posting them to me I'd be delighted.

Amusingly when we talked I was the one saying nice things about James Raiz, but a side effect of the edit is that what was me just reminding Mr. Hound of the name of the artist we'd talked about a few minutes before is now basically me going "Bad Dark Cybertron artist? That's Jams Raiz that is". So...

Thanks for the kind words, folks. Hound, Dalek and myself recorded a chat about MTMTE 44 this morning. It should be in a presentable form quite soon.

Quick thoughts: This was great. The build up to Megatron, Nightbeat's chat to reverse debunk the Necrobot and the initial reveal of Dominus Ambus' name on the database were all great moments. And look at how many flowers little Bumblebee has! I think it's plausible that the DJD would ignore the Necr...

I'm finally back in front of a computer with an internet connection, etc. Had a great old time. Dalek and Denyer formed a welcoming committee at the station which was very sweet and set the tone nicely. As my first Transformers convention I found a couple of things a bit odd or disorientating - I wa...

It's true, this does seem slighter and perhaps skewed younger. I'm okay with that though because at the end of the day it means that Dinobot or whoever can pop up in MTMTE without the need for a whole song and dance to be made. The specifics of Beast Planet culture aren't terribly important - just t...

Now that Scott has been a lot more explicit about her intention behind this series - she wants to unlock a ton of previously-inaccessible characters - this all makes a lot more sense. It's an issue made entirely of laying pipe. The Titan fight was pretty cool. Extending the metrotitan concept to a b...

A quick interview with you or Warcry would suffice. I would do it - I shamefully have no idea how the RPG works or what goes on in there so any questions I ask would be on par with any that listeners would have. If we want to keep it regular and manageable then I reckon we should have discrete 'bits...

SPOILER! (select to read)
Yeah, I was leafing through earlier trades in the library today and there was all sorts of set-up with Beast that went nowhere. Why'd he even move to Haven? It's treated like a big deal.

I like the sound of my own voice so I'd be keen to talk comics, just like I do round here. Touching base with whatever show is on might be nice too. Under an hour is good. I'd push for 45 minutes at the most. Who wants the punishing task of editing it? I'd be in favour of keeping things trim and - I...

Yeah, that was a jarring moment. I understand that the stakes needed to be upped but I think it was a case of that 'Last x Story Ever' being written first and then the bloody deed needing to be done somewhere along the way...
