Yeah, imagine that the plot actually works when parts are explained. The producers/studio execs who cut it down should be shot.

One thing that bothers me about the TV show is that it has rendered itself virtually incompatible with the future that will be depicted in Terminator Salvation. In the show, John's future is a lonely one...Cameron being his closest companion. There is no mention of Kate Brewster and their time jump ...

Looks, she would be amazing. Killer body, beautiful face...come across as a strong woman, exactly what you want Wonder Woman to be. I've never seen her act, outside of commercials...so I can't honestly appraise that aspect of her. If it can match her physical appearance, then I'd say she would be an...

There are so many style changes on the album it is clear that either: A: Rose wrote a song a year or so and didn't bother to tie the styles together OR B: Each style matches a piece of his schizophrenic personality.

Considering how many of those pinups had their lives end badly, it isn't really a surprise that so many thought she had already passed on.

I think that it retains some of the T3 storyline, since Kate Brewster/Connor is a part of it. But even the trailers indicate it is different from what Connor expected the future to be. I haven't read anything yet that indicates how much/little of the T3 story is in it. Also isn't Terminator: TSCC su...

There are few people I loathe musically more than Toby Keith...but then I hate country music as a whole. He's a little too "pick-up" truck for me...to each his own, you know? As for her, its typical of these types to run their mouths and not really know/think about what they should be sayi...

The Doomsday episode served as a nice mid-season teaser...I guess if you are saying the rest of the season has been decent and there are new writers, I may give it a whirl when it comes back from hiatus in January. I did like how Clark got his ass handed to him on a plate with one punch...though I j...

Doomsday comes to Smallville?

So according to my sister, Doomsday will be on Smallville tonight, count me as the skeptics on them pulling this off and being able to make it in the same zip code as cool. I have to admit though, the ploy has worked enough to get me to probably watch tonight...anyone else with the same morbid curio...

Re-investment takes place, in a way, just not in the US. Trickle down theory doesn't really take into account international trade and dramatic shifts in production over the last century or so. Perhaps I should re-word, because you are correct, production shifts certainly do take place as jobs, esp....

Say what you will about her indeed...here's hoping her 15 minutes are soon done. She's a polarizing figure, perhaps even more so than Dubya was prior to everyone jumping on the "I Hate Dubya" bandwagon. She's irrational and worse she's blissfully unaware of so many policy matters that the ...

Supply Side or Trickle Down Theory in Economics, DEAD?

The end of the Bush years are upon us and the United States faces an economic crisis not seen possibly since the Great Depression. I don't believe I need to rehash the problems that the US and now much of the world faces, but it is fair to say that a great deal of these problems started or were made...

Mormons Baptism of Holocaust Victims

Thoughts? Opinions? Is this religous expression or does it threaten the faith of Jewish families of those that lost loved ones during the Holocaust?

To be fair, no one saw Obama coming either...then BAM, 2004, on the national stage. Suddenly he's a star of the democratic party, wins a landslide victory to get into the Senate and 4 years later he's the President. While the outlook may not look similar, the tides can change quickly and nothing bri...

I think the expectations of Obama are actually low. Nobody expercts him to make america amazing, just to not be so agressive to the world, build some bridges and make of the best of thigs considering the current problems. I would disagree with that statement a great deal if my African American stud...
