Huh? 'Clarence Clemens, the Sax player from Bruce Springstein and the E Street Band...' How is that not knowing the guy's name? Although I have to say I'd never heard of the guy before he died... Which doesn't necesarily mean he wasn't famous. But I can't think of any other particularly famous peopl...

Well, LA Noire = vastly overrated and a bit rubbish. The cases feel disjointed in relation to each other, the investigation mechanic is simplistic, and the interview mechanic is dodgy. On the plus side, the presentation is good - the city is really well done, voice acting excellent and the music sou...

I saw it earlier. Quality. Asgard was stunning. I was a bit worried that Asgardians in modern day would be tacky, but it was done pretty well. I loved Loki. Very rarely do we see such a thin line between 'good guy' and 'bad guy'. In fact, I think right up until the point he let the Frost Giants in, ...

VERY IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: I'm not talking of anyone specific here, and I realise that these people are a minority in America - however, they're a significant enough minority to have at least drawn the attention of this particular Brit. That being said... It is a strange phenomenon that some America...

You dropped a clanger. Be a man about it instead of trying to wriggle out of things and hide behind red herrings People are flippant about everything on these forums. It's one of the reasons I like posting and browsing here. People never take themselves so seriously. I'm not gonna have a pop, becau...

Water and teabag in first, then the milk. This is because I don't own a teapot. If I am making tea at my parents' house, it's the other way around. Erm, sorry, were you asking about the royal wedding? Exactly the same as Cliffy: I'm trying to ignore the wedding (nothing particularly against the roya...

Couldn't disagree more about Mel Brooks. At least Spaceballs and Men In Tights (the two I've seen). They're really good fun parody, and Rick Moranis is awesome. That is all. I consider Star Wars overrated. They're good films, sure (well, I watched A New Hope again recently and I've got fond-ish memo...
